1 bunch asparagus
1 potato
1 sweet potato
1 red onion
¾ c cashews
2-3 cloves chopped garlic
2 T Braggs
½ tsp. pepper
1-2 c of water (saved from the steamer)
Chop and steam the asparagus, potato, sweet potato and onion for 10-12 minutes. After steaming blend all ingredients in a large blender adding the water slowly to reach the desired consistency.
Variations:
Replace Asparagus with Broccoli, Cauliflower, or Tomato
