For most people, making significant changes to their diet is challenging. An immersion approach can work, but changing many things all at once takes a great deal of time, energy and support. A sustainable health upgrade is best supported by finding the right approach to change. For many, a step-by-step approach will be most effective. Here is a series of steps for a general health upgrade. 1) Green Smoothies

2) Salad Meals

3) Cold Infusion Teas
One of the main drivers of the current epidemic of chronic disease is the viral explosion. Certain herb teas can support your immune system while keeping these pathogens in check.
4) The Daily Dozen
Dr. Michael Greger, author of How Not to Die, is one of the world’s foremost nutrition educators. The Daily dozen is his list of the 12 things he recommends eating daily for optimum health. I suggest eating the Daily Dozen and reading the book so you will know why each is important.
