Raw Green Soup is something you can play with to find which variety you like best. Here are a couple ideas. Blend the ingredient list for each version.
Tomato Version
1 c Sunflower or Pea Shoots (2.3 oz)
1 sm. Tomato (2.3 oz)
1 oz. Avocado
1 oz. ½ Celery stick (1 oz)
½ (2.6 oz)
1 T Cilantro
¼ tsp. Salt
1 tsp Dulse
1 c Water
Lime version
1 c Sunflower MicroGreens or Pea Shoots (2.3 oz)
2 oz. Avocado
1 Celery Stick (2 oz)
½ Cucumber (2.6 oz)
1 T Chopped Cilantro
¼ tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp Dulse
1 T Lime Juice
1 c Water
